Job summary

ARIA is a UK R&D funding agency seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in R&D to recruit world-class AI/ML and computational talent. You’ll bridge top researchers and engineers with bold programmes, shaping teams that drive transformative technologies and breakthroughs.

You’ll partner with Programme Directors, manage complex interview calendars across time zones, and lead campaign-style recruiting while promoting ARIA’s mission and values to a diverse, global talent pool.

Qualifications

• Proven in-house recruitment experience in fast-paced startup/scale-up hiring niche technical, scientific, or deep-tech roles.
• Strong track record of proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions and building scalable sourcing engines.
• Autonomous, highly organized, and capable of managing multi-stage interviews across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle hiring focused on AI/ML and computational roles across ARIA’s programmes.
• Manage complex, multi-stage interview schedules across global time zones with candidate experience in mind.
• Advise hiring managers and leaders on inclusive, effective assessment techniques.
• Support sourcing and selection of Programme Directors and senior scientific leadership.
• Build pipelines and partner with Comms to promote ARIA opportunities at events and platforms.
• Represent ARIA at conferences and in specialised communities to cultivate long-term relationships.
