Job summary

Join the Research & Development Department at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board to support and strengthen research activity across the board. You will work with clinicians, healthcare professionals and external partners to deliver the R&D Strategy and ensure high-quality research is embedded to improve patient care.

You will liaise with Health and Care Research Wales, Welsh Government and academic partners, promoting opportunities and facilitating study delivery across community,

Qualifications

• Experience of research governance or healthcare research is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support and guidance to clinicians, healthcare professionals and external partners undertaking research.
• Help deliver and embed the R&D Strategy across primary, secondary and social care and population health.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate study delivery.
