Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D Sensor Test Laboratory Team, providing day-to-day direction and support.
• Coordinate the daily operation of the R&D Test Laboratories, ensuring resource allocation and scheduling oversight.
• Drive laboratory quality, compliance, and EHS initiatives while maintaining procedures and test protocols.
• Act as SME for R&D Sensor Laboratory equipment, procedures, and processes.
