Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D Sensor Test Laboratory Team with daily direction.
• Coordinate operation of the R&D Test Laboratories and scheduling.
• Take a lead role in laboratory quality, compliance, and EHS initiatives.
• Ensure all laboratory work follows operating procedures and test protocols.
• Liaise with cross-functional groups to achieve objectives and resolve investigations.
• Work with R&D project teams during studies and product development.
• Provide detailed project information to the Laboratory Lead and technical functions.
• Review laboratory methods for continuous improvement while maintaining standards.
• Act as SME for R&D Sensor Laboratory equipment, procedures, and processes.
