Job summary

Veranova in the United Kingdom offers a 12-month R&D Student placement (starting July 2027) within our solid form and physicochemical science group. Qualifications

• This is an undergraduate placement requiring chemistry/pharmaceutical sciences study and lab experience.
• Demonstrates practical lab experience and careful attention to detail.
• Shows problem-solving mindset and independence in work.
• Must be able to work within a team and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Comply with SOPs and uphold Safety & Quality Cultures.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and participate in investigator R&D work.
• Provide technical and analytical support by analyzing API molecules.
• Contribute to project planning and the design of experiments.
• Potentially contribute to writing a scientific article or patent.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports.
• Work safely and keep areas tidy.
• Liaise with analytical department and others as needed.
• Carry out other duties within your skills as instructed.
