Job summary

Cranleigh STEM & Sustainability is partnering with QuberTech to lead two live Innovate UK projects as a Project Manager. The role focuses on delivering complex scientific projects with multi-stakeholder coordination, budgets and timelines.

You will report on progression and risks, translate technical activity into clear plans, and help shape future funding strategies within a hybrid setup at Norwich Research Park.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical, scientific or grant-funded projects with multiple stakeholders and budgets.
• Direct experience with public funding bodies such as Innovate UK/UKRI is valuable.
• Ability to translate complex scientific activity into clear plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Track expenditure, forecasts and financial claims.
• Ensure reporting meets Innovate UK requirements.
• Coordinate consortium partners, funders and external collaborators.
• Keep scientific teams aligned around priorities and deadlines.
• Produce progress, financial and risk reporting for leadership.
• Support future grant applications and funding activity when required.
• Introduce practical improvements without adding unnecessary administration.
