Job summary

Cambridge GaN Devices Ltd is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to join our growing engineering team in Cambridge. You will report to the VP of Research and Development and help develop our project management function as CGD scales.

You will oversee planning, execution and governance of internal and public-funded projects, coordinating diverse stakeholders across regions, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree educated with an engineering or science background.
• Previous experience in a similar R&D/PM role in a tech/engineering environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management and ability to work in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal product and technology development projects and public-funded projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products.
• Track, evaluate and report on project performance, budgets and timelines.
