Job summary

OrganOx is seeking an experienced Programme Manager (R&D) to drive end-to-end delivery of one or more strategic New Product Development programmes. You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Commercial to integrate technical development, regulatory activities, and manufacturing readiness into a single executable programme.

This on-site role in Oxford requires a highly experienced leader with a proven track record in complex medical device development

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years programme and project management experience.
• Track record in medical device design and development under ISO 13485 and IEC 60601.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic New Product Development programmes from concept through development, verification, validation, regulatory approval, manufacturing transfer and product launch.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans covering all programme workstreams.
• Define programme objectives, milestones and critical dependencies.
• Ensure programme activities align with organisational strategy and product roadmap.
• Drive governance, reviews and reporting to senior leadership; uphold PMO standards and continuous improvement.
