Job summary

ZeroAvia Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Coordinator for a 6-month FTC in Kemble, UK. You will support planning, governance and delivery of hydrogen-electric aviation R&D projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external funding bodies.

You will work with engineers, programme management and finance to track progress, manage risks and drive continuous improvements, with opportunities to engage in governance reviews and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience working in complex engineering project environments.
• Familiar with project management principles; formal training qualifications desirable (e.g., Prince2).
• Skilled with project planning/management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to delve into technical and programmatic issues to solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to focus effort and prioritise highest impact activities.
• Engineering or related technical degree-level qualification with ability to grasp hydrogen systems and advanced research.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of R&D programmes with project leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, governance docs and status reporting.
• Manage project controls including risk management, action tracking, change control and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate grant-funded project activities with funding bodies and external agencies.
• Support programme governance with project performance updates and gate reviews.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, testing, supply chain, finance and other stakeholders.
