Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting for a Production Operative in Middleton, Manchester. The role is full-time and permanent within the Research & Development team, offering £26,000 per annum with Monday to Friday day shifts and strong training opportunities.

The position involves producing samples, lab testing, and supporting development projects in a hands-on laboratory and manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a diligent approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Producing customer samples and internal development materials accurately.
• Supporting Development Technologists with internal and customer projects.
• Manufacturing samples for live customer enquiries.
• Carrying out laboratory testing and analysis.
• Supporting raw material analysis and development work.
• Assisting with sample production, testing and technical activities.
• Recording results and producing reports on work completed.
• Using laboratory sample and IT systems.
• Supporting the R&D team with day-to-day technical requirements.
• Helping to improve materials, procedures and processes.
