Location: Macclesfield, Cheshire (Commutable from: Sandbach, Congleton, Stoke-on-Trent, Leek, Northwich, Crewe, Stockport, Buxton, and surrounding areas)

In this role, you will work Monday - Friday at their modern site with hybrid working options. You will lead R&D processes across hardware, software, and firmware, and will also have direct involvement with Design and Supply Chain departments.

This position is ideal for a Design, R&D, or Project Manager looking to contribute significantly to a multi-million-pound development, with ongoing training, benefits, and opportunities for progression.

The Role:

• Line management of a small team of Designers and Software specialists.
• Supporting R&D of electronic-focused equipment.
• Monday - Friday schedule with hybrid working.

The Candidate:

• Experience as Head of, Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Director.
• Background in R&D or Electronics.
• Commutable to Cheshire.
