R&D Lab Technician - Chemistry & Product Testing

Zusammenfassung

Stafffinders is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to join the R&D team in a permanent role. You will support product testing, prepare samples and help develop new formulations from initial testing to launch.

You will work withProduct Technologists and Formulation Chemists, ensuring safe, accurate testing in line with GMP standards and contributing to continuous improvement across the lab and manufacturing processes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in chemistry and practical laboratory experience.
• Experience working in a chemical laboratory, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and GMP standards.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and test product samples using laboratory equipment.
• Carry out routine tests including product performance and stability testing.
• Assist with development and testing of new product formulations.
• Support product trials from lab testing to larger-scale manufacturing.
• Record test results accurately and follow lab procedures.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production and QA teams on product development.
• Help improve laboratory processes and efficient use of materials.
