Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed High School or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in a fiber optic manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail, reading BOMs, routers, and drawings/prints.
• Proficient Excel skills to record, organize and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Terminate standard fiber optic termini and new termini designs.
• Support prototype builds, test builds, and pre-release NPI builds.
• Perform IL & RL testing on cable assemblies.
• Conduct AFG & IPC workmanship checks on single & multi-fiber termini.
• Operate equipment (E-Stop/Soft Stop) and identify faults.
• Assist in setup of new manufacturing processes and duration estimates.
