Job summary

The Focusrite Group is offering a 12-month R&D acoustics placement at Martin Audio in High Wycombe. You will join the R&D team, engaging in hands-on loudspeaker development, prototyping, testing, and possibly electronics design and related software tools, under the guidance of the Design Director.

Degree Course: Acoustics or closely related subject. You will work on a specialised project addressing DSP, loudspeaker optimisation, modelling, psychoacoustics, and related areas critical to product

Qualifications

• Degree Course: Acoustics or closely related subject.
• Hands-on engineering work including prototyping and testing.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on engineering work including prototyping and testing and could extend to electronics design and software tools related to loudspeaker design.
• Assigned a specialised project related to loudspeaker design, with guidance from the Design Director.
