Your role in our mission

• Administer and support the Apttus Billing Platform to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage customer orders, contract renewals, and invoicing.
• Process and review customer orders, suborders, and contract renewals meticulously.
• Contribute to system improvements and participate in platform enhancement requests.
• Build strong partnerships with Salesforce team for training and process documentation.
• Support user experience improvements by analyzing trends and designing training strategies.

Valued skills and experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, persistent in overcoming obstacles.
• Effective communicator with experience in internal communications.
• Proficient in leveraging IT systems and maintaining data integrity.
• Expertise in Excel/Sheets, including pivots, databases, and data manipulation.
• Several years of experience as a billing manager or handling order entry, with Salesforce and/or Apttus platforms.
