Job summary

Verian is seeking a Project Manager focused on Questionnaire Development to coordinate the development, programming, quality assurance and delivery of questionnaires for Understanding Society.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will bridge our research team, survey programmers, field staff and the University of Essex, managing multiple activities to tight deadlines and budgets while improving delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and quality-focused.
• Strong teamwork and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking ability.
• APM or PRINCE2 qualification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft questionnaire work plans and delivery schedules.
• Serve as trusted point of contact for clients and translate requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance across questionnaires.
• Develop and deliver training to onboard staff.
• Coordinate with offshore scripting team and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with sampling, field, coding and data management teams.
