Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths.
• EPIC certification for mobile plant operations.
• NVQ Level 2 in Mobile Plant Operations (or willingness to work towards).
• Experience operating mobile plant machinery in a quarry, construction, recycling, or similar heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Front End Loading Shovel (FEL) to de-stock sand from the wash plant and load HGVs.
• Operate other mobile plant machinery where trained and certified.
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance on mobile plant equipment.
• Support operational activities across the processing plant as required.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and Quarry Regulations; maintain good housekeeping.
