Job summary

Quarry Manager role in the Midlands region offered by E3 Recruitment. This hands-on leadership position oversees health and safety, production targets, and multi-disciplinary teams across on-site operations.

The candidate will need 3+ years in operational quarry management, with SHEQ qualification and ideally MPQC. The role includes a base salary around £65,000, car & relocation allowances, pension, healthcare, and 33 days holiday. Mon-Fri and relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enforce Health & Safety across the site and ensure compliance with quarrying regulations 8.1 (c)
• Train, develop and lead multi-disciplinary teams
• Implement strategies to achieve production targets
• P&L accountability, labour, maintenance and welfare safety
• Host daily, weekly and monthly staff meetings and report on progress
• Manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

As Quarry Manager your day to day duties will include but are not limited to;

• To manage and maintain all Health & Safety across the site & adhere to quarrying regulations 8.1 (c).

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in an operational management/supervisory position of Quarry Manager or Assistant Quarry Manager
