Job summary

E3 Recruitment is handling a Quarry Manager position in the Cotswolds region. The role oversees multiple on-site operations with a focus on safety, team leadership and delivering production targets. Excellent stakeholder management and a commercial mindset are essential.

This opportunity includes a strong package with car allowance, relocation support and a KPI bonus, in a Monday–Friday on-site setting within a well-established business.

Qualifications

• SHEQ qualified with ability to manage safety and environmental compliance.
• MPQC qualification desirable for on-site operations.
• Be 8.1 (C) appointed person status.
• 3+ years in operational management/supervisory roles in quarrying or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage Health & Safety across the site and ensure quarrying regulations are followed.
• Train, develop and lead multi-disciplined teams.
• Implement strategies to achieve production targets.
• Oversee P&L, labour, maintenance and welfare safety.
• Host daily, weekly and monthly meetings with staff.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
