Qualifications

• Experience as lead expert on major construction disputes, including testimony or cross examination.
• Demonstrable experience managing teams in a lead expert role.
• Strong report writing at expert level across disputes in CPR contexts.
• Good understanding of adjudication, arbitration and litigation duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and global disputes as lead quantum expert.
• Manage teams of quantum analysts by setting key focus areas and analysis parameters.
• Collate analysis and reports from all sources and write the expert reports.
• Testify as a quantum expert when required.
• Engage in risk advisory, commercial management and dispute resolution activities.
• Hold regular meetings with clients and their legal advisers.
• Work closely with the delay team; aim to win future work.
