Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a data scientist to develop time series models and predictive analytics for quantum sensor systems. You will work across data science, physics, and engineering to design algorithms that operate in real-time within complex sensor environments.

The role focuses on forecasting, anomaly detection, and model integration with live instruments, requiring strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries. Hybrid work, with travel to UK sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, math, physics).
• Strong programming experience in Python and ML libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design time series models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate predictive models into live quantum sensors.
• Evaluate model performance and build tools/pipelines to refine them continuously.
• Analyse large-scale sensor and telemetry data from quantum sensor systems.
• Effectively manage technical priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver on project objectives.
