In this role you will be responsible for post‑tender aspects for a number of projects across the UK, managing sub‑contractors accounts from preparing to agreeing final accounts, control the full financial management of each high‑end project including producing the monthly costs. Whilst maintaining strong client relationships, you will play a key part in keeping projects running smoothly, ensuring quality, safety and profitability are consistently achieved throughout.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background looking for a varied position working on listed building properties, with the chance to develop their career and take ownership of high‑end projects.

The Role:

• Managing sub‑contractor accounts from preparing to the agreement of final accounts
• Oversee both high end and listed building projects
• Manage project finances
• Progression to senior surveyor/management surveyor roles
