Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar.
• Professional membership: RICS, CICES, CIArb or equivalent (preferred).
• NEC4 accredited or trained (highly desirable).
• NEC4 PSC commercial management experience.
• Background in infrastructure, water sector or major programmes.
• Knowledge of cost management, CE assessment, defined cost and fee mechanisms.
• Experience within consultancy environments.
• Detail‑oriented with strong contractual and analytical skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to operate in fast‑paced programme environments.

Responsibilities

• Providing commercial support to the NEC PM/Commercial Lead regarding the administration of potentially 30 to 50 Water Storage Point projects by the end of March 2027.
• Ensuring that all procurement (1st and 2nd tier) and contract administration activities are completed in a timely manner as not to disrupt the delivery of the programmed works.
