Job summary

Breedon Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for Wales, based at Borras Quarry, Wrexham with hybrid/office/site duties. You will drive commercial back-end support for our surfacing solutions business and manage contract financials with accuracy.

You will bring 3+ years of QS experience, a recognised Quantity Surveying qualification, and a UK driving licence. This role offers an agile, collaborative team environment in a growing UK construction materials group, with prospects for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in Highways and/or local authority sectors.
• Experience with cost-value reports and project management costs.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Financial management and valuation of projects in England and Wales.
• Maintain accurate financial control systems and monthly cost-value reconciliation reporting.
• Support operational teams on Contract and Commercial issues, coordinating site-office information flow between site and office.
• Travelling to sites as required to support staff and clients.
