Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team supporting projects across North Wales. You will help ensure projects are financially viable, contractually compliant and delivered to the required standards.

We welcome applications from ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking to progress. The role offers hybrid working with opportunities across Gwynedd, Anglesey and Conwy, and travel to site with a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with NEC contracts and quantity surveying practices.
• Strong maths, problem-solving and financial management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust cost management processes with accurate reports and data.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to implement and monitor efficiency plans.
• Explain and manage contractual requirements to meet client needs.
• Support clients to maximise opportunities and mitigate risks for successful outcomes.
• Influence contractual and commercial aspects to maintain project control.
• Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication for value.
• Work across Gwynedd, Anglesey and Conwy with flexibility to work from home or Kinmel Park office.
