Breedon Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial back-end for our surfacing solutions业务. You will manage financial controls, valuations, and cost-value reconciliation across projects in England and Wales, collaborating with site and office teams.

You will work in an agile, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for travel to sites in England and Wales; an UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Financial management and valuation of projects in England and Wales.
• Maintain accurate financial control systems and monthly cost value reconciliation.
• Support operational teams on Contract and Commercial issues with clear information flow between site and office.
• UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Financial management and valuation of projects in England and Wales.
• Maintain accurate financial control systems and monthly reporting on cost value reconciliation.
• Supporting operational teams on all matters relating to Contract and Commercial issues whilst maintaining the flow of information between the site and office.
• Travelling to sites, when required, to support staff and clients.
