Qualifikationen

• Qualified QS (RICS preferred) or equivalent experience in utilities civils or infrastructure cost management.
• Proven track record on major infrastructure or station/rail projects.
• Strong Excel and cost management software skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors and work packages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain cost budgets and forecasts for utilities civils packages.
• Manage variation orders and change control on utilities scope.
• Monitor subcontractor invoicing, cost forecasts, and payment applications.
• Track expenditure against budget and report variance to project controls.
• Liaise with civils engineers and site management on cost implications of design changes.
• Manage commercial claims and cost-related correspondence.
• Maintain records and documentation to support the commercial position.
