Saxton Recruitment LTD is partnering with a major North American contractor to recruit Quantity Surveyors for design and build projects across Toronto. The role offers exposure to £25m+ schemes and progression within a Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor environment.

Relocation to Toronto is supported with a tax-free package and visa/work permit assistance, plus a pension scheme and a profit-related bonus. Candidates should be experienced in large scale projects and ready to relocate.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale projects valued at £25m+.
• Experience with Quantity Surveying for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.

• Develop risk register & key contractual obligations from Contract review
• Maintain excellent relationships clients, subcontractors and suppliers

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career overseas?

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Quantity Surveyors to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on D&B projects (£25m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contactor.
