Job summary

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Civils biased Quantity Surveyor for a 12-month contract within the Renewables and Energy sector in Stoke. You will bring NEC contract expertise and strong civils cost control.

Responsibilities include producing commercial and cost reports and presenting findings to the wider business; you should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying and have experience with compensation events, early warnings, and variations.

Qualifications

• Strong Quantity Surveyor background with good background in civils and related civils works.
• Excellent NEC contract knowledge.
• Commercial skill set across Compensation Events, Early Warnings, Variations etc.
• Able to produce commercial and cost reports, and the ability to communicate these reports to the wider business.

The right candidate will need to have the following:

• Strong Quantity Surveyor background with good background in civils and related civils works
• Excellent NEC contract knowledge
• Commercial skill set across Compensation Events, Early Warnings, Variations etc
• Able to produce commercial and cost reports, and the ability to communicate these reports to the wider business
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying field
• Knowledge of BESS/Substation works will be beneficial
