Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for an initial 6-month contract based in the East Midlands. The role is office based with on-site attendance five days a week and targets experience with JCT contracts for a client in social housing projects.

The successful candidate will have Decent Homes experience and a strong understanding of social housing schemes, with an immediate start for the right person and a clear pathway to deliver accurate cost control and procurement support.
