Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to safeguard contractual entitlements and maximise cash flow across refurbishment projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing, and damp/mould works.

You will coordinate with line managers on cash flow, forecasts, and valuations, while applying contract law principles and dispute-resolution skills to ensure project profitability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the Social Housing Sector.
• Experience with Contract Law.
• Professional Accountancy Qualifications or working towards.
• Skilled in Dispute Resolution.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with line managers to maximise cash flow through monthly invoicing and resolve client queries.
• Ensure accurate cashflow forecasts and revenue profiles are in place and updated regularly.
• Manage external valuations to align with conditions of the main contract.
• Work on schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, Roofing, Damp & Mould, and more.
