Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in West Yorkshire is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across fit-out, refurbishment, and building projects. This permanent, full-time role covers pre-construction to final account with a focus on cost control and value delivery.

You will manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and cost reporting, while collaborating with operational teams to ensure projects stay on budget and quality standards are met across Yorkshire and the wider

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out, refurbishment and general building projects.
• Experience managing subcontractor procurement and valuations.
• Good understanding of JCT contracts.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs from tender handover through final account.
• Prepare and submit valuations, applications for payment and variations.
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Negotiate subcontractor accounts and final settlements.
• Produce cost reports and provide financial updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with operational teams to deliver projects within budget.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
