Job summary

PACE Recruitment is working with a well-respected refurbishment contractor in Dartford to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. Based in the office, you will manage costs across fire safety works, refurbishments, M&E upgrades and small works, reporting to the Commercial Director and contributing to project success.

We're looking for someone with proven Quantity Surveyor experience in refurbishment or related sectors, who is commercially astute, communicative and eager for a long-term career with growth

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within refurbishment / small works / M&E / fire projects.
• Commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and costs.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a project team.

Responsibilities

• Managing costs across fire, refurb, M&E, and small works projects
• Working closely with the Commercial Director and wider project teams
• Preparing tenders, budgets, and valuations
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets
