Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on new build residential or modular projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Managing all commercial and contractual aspects of the project.
• Preparing and agreeing interim valuations, final accounts and variations.
• Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring costs, budgets and cash flow.
• Liaising with site teams, consultants and the client.
