Job summary

The Lovell is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Midlands region, based from the Quinton office with site work around the Midlands. You will drive the commercial success of projects, manage costs, maximise value and support delivery with operational teams and supply chain partners.

We value experience in construction, strong commercial awareness, and proficiency in COINS, Excel, Word and Outlook, with the ability to produce precise reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, ideally with main contractor or social housing experience.
• Qualified with HNC or equivalent.
• Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of contracts, valuations and final accounts.
• Able to produce accurate commercial reports, forecasts and documentation.
