The Quantity Surveyor – MEP – Major Project

• Recognized QS with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash flow management.
• Assist with the commercial packages for MEP works.
• Manage various commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontractor management through to final account.
• Keen to minimize risk and cost while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials.
• Experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors, covering various markets and roles within main contracting organizations.

Your Profile

• Experience in managing MEP packages from pre-contract to post-contract phases.
• Ability to analyze internal and external data to inform strategic decisions.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
