Job Summary for a Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to lead the commercial management of mechanical, electrical, and public health packages on a prominent development project.

Key Responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP services, including HVAC, electrical systems, process plumbing, and fire suppression.
2. Develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQs) specific to MEP disciplines from design drawings and specifications.
3. Collaborate with the construction team to monitor MEP progress and prepare interim valuations.
4. Conduct site measurements, validate subcontractor invoices, and certify payments.

Requirements of a Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

• Proven experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) is essential.
