Job summary

PPM Recruitment is assisting a well-established Northampton construction contractor to hire a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will manage commercial and contractual aspects from pre-construction to final account, ensuring profitability, timely delivery and high standards across stadia, hospitality, and office projects.

Working with clients, consultants and site teams, you will prepare cost plans, budgets and forecasts, procure subcontractors, administer contracts and monitor

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Experience delivering projects in stadia, hospitality, commercial fit-out, refurbishment or new build.

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Northampton

Salary: 60k - 70k + Excellent Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction company seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial team in their Northampton office. The Role

You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring they are delivered profitably, on time and to the highest standards.

Working closely with clients, consultants and operational teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Typical Projects

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio including: stadia, hosptiality, gyms, offices, retail etc upto £30m

Key Responsibilities

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• A degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Experience delivering projects within one or more of the following sectors:
  • Stadia
  • Hospitality
  • Commercial fit-out
  • Refurbishment
  • New build
