Lanserring is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our London team and lead the commercial performance of high-end residential joinery projects. This senior role sits at the heart of our finance and operations, overseeing budgets, cost control, procurement and contract management across bespoke interiors.

Based in Notting Hill, the role offers flexible hours (full or part-time) and a chance to work with an internationally recognised luxury brand on innovative projects.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Quantity Surveying with a recognised professional body (RICS or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading commercial teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience in forecasting, cost control and cost reporting.
• Experience with interiors fit-out is preferred but not essential.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with contract law understanding.
• Proficient in JCT contracts, procurement, risk management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, contracts, procurement and risk to drive financial success.
• Act as strategic link between finance and operations.
• Negotiate, draft and manage complex contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify growth opportunities, prepare bids and support business development.
• Monitor costs during construction and manage payments and variations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to help ensure the commercial and financial success of our high-end residential joinery projects. This senior role sits at the heart of Lanserring’s finance and operations, overseeing budgets, cost control, procurement, risk and contract management across bespoke joinery and interiors projects. You will manage costs through delivery, lead on contracts and variations, support bids and growth opportunities, and ensure full compliance, bringing strong commercial judgement to a design-led, internationally recognised luxury brand.

Location: London, Notting Hill office.

Working hours: We are open to full or part time applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• A senior professional who ensures a project’s financial success by overseeing budgets, contracts, procurement, and risk
• Strategic link between financial team and operations
• Negotiating, drafting, and managing complex contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance

Skills, Experience & Expertise

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, RICS or equivalent
