Job summary

Story Contracting Limited is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring strong cost control and contract management from inception to completion.

You will manage project costs, valuations, final accounts, budgets and risk, procure and manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with NEC contracts where applicable. The role requires QS or equivalent commercial experience in construction/infrastructure.

• QS or commercial experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred).
