Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage on-site commercial activities for healthcare modular construction projects in Cheshire. You will control budgets, payments, valuations and final accounts on active sites within NHS framework.

The role requires independent site management, strong contract administration skills and a proactive approach to risk, cost control and reporting, with project values ranging from £5m to £15m.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a construction-based Quantity Surveyor role.
• Modular construction experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage own sites independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

Quantity Surveyor – Healthcare Projects - Modular Construction – Cheshire - Up to £65,000 plus car allowance

Our client, a modular build contractor specialising in healthcare projects within the NHS framework, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage one of their active project sites. The projects range in value from £5 million to £15 million, focusing on modular construction solutions for the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full commercial management of the project, ensuring cost control, risk management, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires the ability to work independently on site, managing budgets, subcontractor payments, valuations, and final accounts, while providing detailed progress reports and commercial advice.
