Job summary

A highly rated Quantity Surveying consultancy in Oxford is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor who brings an awareness of post contract duties, but a solid understanding of pre contract.

You will work across a mixed portfolio of commercial, hotel and residential projects across Oxfordshire, starting with a £17m Commercial office scheme.

£55,000 - £65,000; 27 days annual leave + bank holidays; 6% pension; work from home / flexible conditions; rapid career progression.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying.
• PQ S / Consultancy background preferred.
• Quantity Surveying with EA/PM knowledge/experience.
• Able to lead client meetings and manage full project lifecycle.
• Understanding of £10M–£30M contract values.

The role is based in Oxford, with hybrid working availability.

TheQuantitySurveyor's Role

With great support from the key Directors, the newQuantitySurveyorwill be working across a mixed portfolio of commercial, hotel and residential projects across Oxfordshire, starting with a Commercial office scheme worth £17m.

By offering solid pre & post contract duties, you will be supporting key clients of theirs and take charge of your own accounts.

Individuals from a consultancy background will be highly considered, however if you match the sectors please apply if you are a Main Contractor background.

TheQuantitySurveyor

Completed a BSc/MScQuantitySurveying degree
Must be a PQS / Consultancy background
QuantitySurveying background with EA/PM knowledge/experience
Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
Pre and post contract knowledge
