Job summary

Contract Scotland is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure business delivering energy and utilities projects across the UK. This role manages live commercial packages on Eccles and Shetland, with projects run from the company office and a minimum three days on site.

Salary is £60,000+ DOE with 25 days annual leave, 8% pension, and hybrid/flexible working. Experience in civils or building backgrounds considered, energy/utilities sector exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying within energy, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Commercial management of live project packages and on-site collaboration with operations.
• Civils or building background with strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of live commercial packages across Eccles and Shetland projects.
• Work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to maintain commercial control.
• Support project delivery through accurate cost reporting and change management.
