PSR Solutions is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 main contractor on a secure-site project. The role offers a flexible hybrid model, with three days in the Bristol office and two days on site in Exeter.

You will manage procurement, subcontractor relations, valuations, variations and final accounts while ensuring commercial control and robust financial reporting. SC clearance is required.

Competenze

• Proven commercial experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with MOJ or secure environments is a plus.
• Able to work autonomously across hybrid settings.
• Willing to undergo SC clearance.

Mansioni

• Managing package procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Work with project delivery team for commercial control and reporting.
• Administering subcontract forms and managing CVR.
• Ensure compliance with secure-site protocols and clearance procedures.
