Our client, a reputable main contractor with a strong presence in commercial and public sector construction, is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects and play a key part in the financial management of construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage costs across multiple projects from tender to final account
  • Prepare bills of quantities, subcontract packages, and valuation reports
  • Ensure all commercial aspects of the contract are maintained effectively
  • Identify and manage potential commercial risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and external consultants
What You Bring:
  • Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor within the main contracting environment
  • Strong working knowledge of construction contracts and procedures
