Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector.
• Strong ability to manage subcontractor accounts and cost.
• Capable of working independently and handling multiple projects.
• Proactive, commercially aware with good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from procurement through final account.
• Manage project costs from inception to completion.
• Procure subcontractors and materials.
• Handle subcontractor accounts and valuations.
• Produce cost forecasts and commercial reports.
• Assist with project estimating when required.
• Collaborate with accounts and commercial teams; attend site meetings.
