S1jobs seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction contractor and take ownership of commercial activities across tendering and final account. You’ll influence project costs, margins and commercial outcomes from day one.

In this broad role you’ll handle estimating, procurement, valuations, variations and reporting, working with clients, architects, suppliers and project teams to drive profitable delivery.

Competenze

• Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role within construction.
• Understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Experience with estimating, tendering, procurement or project cost management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of variations, valuations and commercial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant estimating or commercial management software.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers and project colleagues.

Your Role

Working Across Construction Projects, You'll Be Responsible For
