Job summary

S1jobs is seeking a Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor to join its growing construction and property consultancy. You will support the delivery of a varied portfolio across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and leisure sectors, from feasibility through to completion.

You will work closely with clients, contractors and project teams, providing professional cost management services, cost planning, procurement, contract administration, valuations, and final accounts to

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience within a consultancy or construction environment.
• Strong understanding of cost management and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of standard forms of construction contracts.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership is desirable.

Your new role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the successful delivery of a varied portfolio of projects from feasibility stage through to completion.
