Job summary

RG Setsquare, a well-established Bristol-based contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on a varied portfolio of projects from £500k to £3m, including refurbishments and fit-outs. The role covers pre-construction through to final account, with a focus on maximising financial performance and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Experience in construction, fit-out or refurbishment sectors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience delivering projects valued between £500k and £3m.
