Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Worcester office. You will deliver pre and post‑contract QS services for a varied portfolio across retail, commercial and public sectors.

The role offers a salary up to £60,000 DOE with APC support toward MRICS, mileage allowances, and a modern office with parking. You will work on projects from feasibility to final account and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related Construction discipline.
• Experience delivering projects from pre-contract through to final account.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre and post‑contract Quantity Surveying services across a diverse range of construction projects.
• Prepare feasibility estimates, cost plans and project budgets.
• Produce tender documentation and manage procurement processes.
• Evaluate tenders and prepare tender reports.
• Undertake contract administration duties under standard forms of contract.
• Prepare interim valuations, cost reports and financial forecasts.
• Monitor project costs and provide commercial advice throughout delivery.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts.
• Attend client, consultant and site meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships whilst supporting project delivery.
